 1. Services Overview

Welcome to Movement Trailer Supply LLC, where you can easily rent a variety of trailers and dumpsters for your personal or commercial needs. Our goal is to provide high quality trailer and dumpster rental services that create a seamless experience for our customers. By using our website and/or renting a trailer from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations and Rental Agreements

To make a reservation for a trailer or dumpster, simply follow the prompts on our website or contact our customer support team at team@movementtrailersupply.com or (217) 388 - 4285. Your reservation will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or call from us. Upon pickup/drop-off of your trailer or dumpster, you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement that includes these Terms and Conditions, as well as any

additional specific terms and conditions for the particular trailer type.

3. Payment

Payment for your rental equipment is due in full at the time of pickup. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and payments made through our secure online payment system. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact our customer support team.

4. Damage Waiver and Insurance

Movement Trailer Supply terms and conditions are noted in our service contract. Please read thoroughly and ask any questions to our staff prior to finalizing your contract.  Our team will provide a detailed walk through of all equipment at time of delivery and assist you with completion of a damage survey before contract is finalized.

5. Drop Off and Pick Up

You are responsible for accepting equipment based on the agreed-upon date and returning equipment to us in the same condition as when you received it (with normal wear and tear expected). Any late returns or additional days of use beyond initial terms stated in contract will be subject to applicable late fees stated in our contract. If you need to change your rental dates,  please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss available options.

6. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our 24-hour cancellation policy for details regarding cancellations and fees.

7. Liability

You agree to be fully responsible for any damages or losses that occur while the rental equipment is in your possession, as specified in detail in our rental contract. Movement Trailer Supply LLC cannot be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our equipment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the American Arbitration Association.
